Junior Advisement
Junior Conferences
Junior year is an important time, and we are here to support you every step of the way. During this year, students and their parents/guardians will meet individually with their assigned counselor to discuss academic progress and post–high school plans.
Beginning in October, counselors will meet with all juniors for individual advisement conferences. Families will receive an email with the scheduled date and time of the appointment. This email will also serve as the student’s pass to the counseling office. A reminder with the appointment time will be sent to students on the day of the meeting.
Important Reminders
- Student attendance is required. Parent/guardian attendance is optional and may be virtual if needed.
- Arrive on time. Counselors have back-to-back meetings, and appointments will be canceled if you are more than 5 minutes late.
- During the meeting, counselors will provide a copy of the student’s transcript and Graduation Status Report (track sheet).
